This is the IQ estimation for the top-100 earners of August (as compiled by masteryoda), based on the assessment of steemiq.me.
Where the content of a particular poster is based on non-text (videos, photos, art, drawings, recipes etc) the assessment is obviously problematic because it needs more text to work with.
The results are only for entertainment value. Personally I think they are broken but I compiled the list out of curiosity to see where I rank (126.1) against others.
So... here's the list...

I think the SteemIQ tool can be a bit misleading. Some people would say that people who write with a "higher IQ" are smarter. But actually it takes real skill to write things simply.
The problem with using long sentences, long words and complex structures is... the majority of people switch off.
I think we should admire the people who have the "lowest IQ" scores of their writing because they have the widest appeal. Just a thought.
Good analysis here though. Thanks for sharing.

I'm not sure what it does to analyze it. It has 2 measurements, one for language complexity and the other for IQ. But in some cases the two seem unrelated. For example, if you take the top two you see that they have a big difference in language complexity:
@rok-sivante 133.4 / school grade 11.9
@cryptogee 133.3 / school grade 9.3
...so there has to be something else factored there.

I wonder if there is a way to determine the top 50 IQ users? That would be interesting!

In theory if someone automates it with a script, it should be possible. I did the 100 people manually, so it took me quite a while. It would take days to manually do >10.000 users.

Yikes! I think manually entering every user would be out of the question then.

Hey, @alexgr I'm new to Steemit and noticed the site is down.
Do you know of another that does the same?
