I decided to meet and greet everyone in London with these home made Steemit Cookies.
They are vanilla cookies with white and milk chocolate chunks.
These delicious cookies are easy to make and taste really good, with a crisp outer layer and a gooey centre these treats are best eaten warm but last well...if they last that long!!!
My next post will be a follow up of our Steemit Meet UP in London. It was so much fun and everyone really enjoyed my cookies.
INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
200g butter
300g caster sugar
1 egg
325 gr self raising flour
dash of milk
150g white chocolate
150g milk chocolate
Step 1 : Mix sugar and butter together.
Step 2 : Add egg and mix well
Step 3 : Add flour and milk and mix again
Step 4 : Add chocolate
Step 5 : Roll small balls
Step 6: Bake at 200 C for 10 min
Step 7 : Leave to cool down.
How good do these look with my new Steemit cup? ;)

This cookies look great, but I guess they contain too many carbohydrates. It would be absolutely great if you could also post something about healthy food).
You mostly post about various desserts and it'd be interesting if you could, for example, compose nutrition programs (with detailed recipes of course).

I think everyone here can relate to the desire and crave of an amazingly delicious cookie. Nobody ever thinks of cookie in a singular sense. Those cookies you, Alla, have baked look beyond delectable and tasty. Great post and way to spread the love for all of us cookie-fiends.
