5 Typical Foods of Famous Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province : Mie Aceh, Sate Matang, Kuah Pliek U, Gulai Kambing & Kuah Masam Keu-eung

Good night Steemian. meet me again @ alrezsya. tonight I would like to share information about various foods typical of my village, precisely in Aceh.

The province, located at the end of Indonesia, was devastated by the Tsunami disaster several years ago. However, it does not necessarily make the community slumped. Until now they are still able to rise and more advanced. Area known as the "Serambi Mekkah" is apparently save a million charms of nature that spoil the eyes. In addition to beautiful beaches and Pulau Weh cluster that became the island tip of Indonesia, it turns out this serambi makkah city has a variety of typical food dishes. Curious what the typical culinary Aceh spoil the tongue? Here is a list of Aceh's special foods that are interesting to observe.

(1) Mie Aceh.

One type of food that is famous aceh not only in the place of origin, but also in big cities in Indonesia can be presented with two types of cuisine, which is fried or served berkuah. You can also order aceh noodles with spicy flavor or savory taste. Aceh noodles served with additional side dishes ranging from seafood or meat.

(2) Sate Matang.

Mature satay is a typical food of Aceh province that comes from Matang, Bireun. Mature satay usually contains mutton or beef which is wrapped with ace herbs and then burned. Satay ripe matches served with a typical soto-flavored sauce rich in spices.

(3) Kuah Pliek U.

Pliek u sauce is one of the many popular aceh dishes and is a typical western aceh food. You could say you have not been to Aceh yet if you have not eaten the pliek u served by almost every restaurant in aceh. Kuah pliek u symbolizes the closeness of kinship and the diversity of aceh community united in one cauldron, resulting in a unique taste. Pliek u sauce also contains various types of vegetables that grow in aceh.

(4) Gulai Kambing.

The typical banda aceh food is goat curry. The typical goat lamb of Aceh is always served hot. The meat is tender and odorless plus the typical seasoning of aceh enough to make the tongue sway. Do not forget Dab the lime juice while eating this goat curry so there is a little freshness when eating it.

(5) Kuah Masam Keu-eung.

Masam keu-eung has a sour meaning. This culinary is found not only in the region of Aceh, but also almost throughout Indonesia with a variety of names. As the name suggests, the taste of typical cuisine of Aceh is a mixture of acid and spicy. Sour sauce keu-eung can make anyone who first try it to be addicted.
