Comparison between Steemit all time price and all time user stats

in steemit •  8 years ago  (edited)

Last day I have take a look to the Steemit user stat, and after have see the poloniex all time chart I have feel like it's the same! So I have compare.

I started interesting in Steemit late so I don't know all detail of the story. Logically I think money was crowdfunded, in the first place, and this money is now distributed to the writer?

What happen if every writers are greedy and cash out all the money ? Without a sufficient amount of steem token buyers? System collapse..

I'm asking a lot of questions about steemit economic and how it will or not works. We know this is first time test, so time will tell. For moment, could we deduce in this economical model, people take money and go away?

Personally, I will transfer the Steem token in Steem power each week to support the project!

PS: If you have some good reading about Steemit economic don't hesitate to leave it in comment, thanks

Sort Order:

no crowdfund, no ICO, no premine, no instamine :D
Steem is facing growth problem because of the quick early adoption and slow business development regarding investors and the pay-for-attention economy, advertising economy, so we lack liquidity for sure.
There re lot of people out there working on it though, trying to find solutions and keep debating & improving the model everyday, so i guess it's just a matter of time to find out the good path to take for mass adoption

Ok thanks for details. So in first place user have buy Steem ? Or since beginning we get some for free when sign up?
I will read the withe paper !
