I sent steem to poloniex over 20 hours and still not there

I sent steem to the poloniex wallet and added my memo id or whatever you call it. I then sent some steem dollars as well 5 hours later. both transactions never made it to poloniex. help?

    poloniex has been having problems with steem. I'd contact them. A lot of people have actually been avoiding poloniex due to these problems and using places like bittrex instead.
