Du solltest ein Foto im Internet haben, entweder auf einer Homepage oder auf Facebook oder wie hier bei mir bei Google+ Photos, dann auf das ausgewählte Photo draufgehen und mit der rechten Maustaste "Grafikadresse kopieren" auswählen.
Dann gehst Du bei Steemit auf deinen Profilnamen:
und dann auf settings:
Die Adresse dann in das oberste Feld rein kopieren bei Public Profile Settings
und dann unten auf update um zu speichern.

Hallo, gern geschehen, ich meinte wenn du vom D-Tube Bild die Adresse verwenden willst - die Bildadresse mit der rechten Maustaste kopieren und diese Adresse dann bei Settings -Public Profile Settings-PROFILE PICTURE URL und unten auf update gehen.

danke! nach über einer stunde probieren und mich darüber schlau lesen, hab ich es dank deiner hilfe nun endlich geschaft. mit der facebook URL hat es bei mir nicht geklappt. dan aber über googel+ hat es dank deiner einfach und verständlichen (ich hab absolut keine erfahrung) anweisung mühelos geklappt. danke vielmals!
