Hello everybody,
the Arc de Triomf was built in 1888 in Barcelona. It is 30 meters high. When you stand in front of it, you think you are very small. Your body is like air :). At that time he was the main entrance to the World's Fair and received the numerous visitors. Until today you are very impressed from the strength and the high construction.

Everyone who walks under the triumphal arch feels instantly back to an earlier time. The design of the triumphal arch is actually very simple and not big, but that's what makes it so majestic. When you are walking from the triumphal arch over the car-free Passeig de Liuis Company, you will reach the Park de la Ciutadella. It is a very nice attraction here.
On this street you will also find the world-famous sculpture Hommage a Picasso by the world-famous sculptor Tapies and an artificial moat.

Since the road is car-free, you can stroll along it comfortably and get straight to the next attraction. The Park de la Ciutadella covers the former site of the World's Fair.

Der Arc de Triomf wurde 1888 in Barcelona gebaut. Er ist 30 Meter hoch. Wenn ihr davor steht, denkst du, dass du sehr klein bist. Dein Körper ist wie Luft :). Zu dieser Zeit war er der Haupteingang der Weltausstellung und erhielt die zahlreichen Besucher. Bis heute sind alle von der Stärke und der hohen Konstruktion beeindruckt.

Jeder, der unter dem Triumphbogen geht, fühlt sich sofort in eine frühere Zeit zurückversetzt. Das Design des Triumphbogens ist eigentlich sehr einfach und nicht groß, aber das macht es so majestätisch. Wenn ihr durch den Triumphbogen über die autofreie Passeig de Liuis Company lauft, erreicht ihr den Park de la Ciutadella.
Auf dieser Straße findet ihr auch die weltberühmte Skulptur Hommage a Picasso des weltberühmten Bildhauers Tapies und einen künstlichen Wassergraben.

Nimm dir die Zeit einen kurzen Spaziergang zu machen. Da die Straße autofrei ist, könnt ihr bequem entlang der Straße spazieren und direkt zur nächsten Attraktion gelangen. Der Park de la Ciutadella umfasst den ehemaligen Standort der Weltausstellung.
