Your maximum heart rate will be 180 beats per minute.
So 117 bpm to 153 bpm will be your heart rate target zone.
This will be on an athletic level then.
If you just want to burn fat then you should aim for 99 bpm to 117 bpm for the beginning.
I'm just going by numbers and the information you gave me
