Lots of major tid-bits out this week that should have all crypto-enthusiasts bullish for the long-term ... as if you weren't already!
Let's get right to it.
1) Goldman Sachs says Bitcoin could rise another 50%
Where there's money to be made, Wall Street will have it's say. Goldman Sachs' charts analyst Sheba Jafari declared this week he sees Bitcoin reaching around ~$4,000-per-coin in the coming months.
CNBC reports:
"The Goldman reports illustrate how mainstream Wall Street is paying much closer attention to bitcoin, despite high volatility and lack of regulation in the digital currency world. This week, bitcoin and the blockchain technology behind it made the cover of a well-respected investing magazine, Barron's."
This means we could be seeing a LOT of Wall Street money exploding into crypto indefinitely.
2) 'Big 4' accounting firms experimenting with blockchain and bitcoin
The 4 largest accounting firms in the world are now experimenting with how blockchains can revolutionize their industry. This is FANTASTIC news for the cyrpto-sphere, as it's just the latest indication that cryptocurrency is about to experience widespread, mainstream adoption.
We're not there yet, but we will be soon. To the moon!
3) Why Aragon co-founder sees Ethereum price surpassing $1,000
Luis Cuende helped co-found Aragon, and as such, he's as plugged into the crypto-community as anyone. He thinks the revolutionary possibilities of Ethereum suggest the coin's price will be exploding to ~$1,000-per-coin in the not-so-distant future.
“I thought [Ethereum] was expensive one year ago when it was at 13 dollars, but today when I see the possibilities created by the technology, I think it's cheap," Cuende recently stated. "I believe Ethereum will be worth $1,000 in a couple of years.”
And that could end up being a conservative figure.
Only time will tell, but the long-term prospects of Ethereum look great right now.
4) Standpoint analyst sees Bitcoin hitting $5,000 next year, $50,000 over next decade
Standpoint Research analyst Ronnie Moas just predicted that Bitcoin's price will surge by THOUSANDS of dollars in the coming decade. What do you think? Is that crazy talk, or is Moas hitting the nail on the head?
Per zerohedge.com:
"Moas, better perhaps known as the one-man show behind Standpoint Research, ventured into the field of cryptocurrencies this morning when, in a note to clients he predicted that Bitcoin will double to $5,000 in 2018 - roughly in line with Goldman's recent bullish outlook which sees Bitcoin rising just shy of $4,000 in a best case scenario - then hit $25,000 to $50,000 in the next decade."
