when i open other users profile and go to their wallet i recieve a message like this

Hi @aqeelmalik, it means you can redeem them. Then it will be transfered to your balance.
There is a blue button in your wallet part: [REDEEM REWARDS (TRANSFER TO BALANCE)] , click this to claim the current rewards.
