As I said in my Previous Post that We all are Humans and we Make Mistakes. Now I am going to point out some Processes that will help you to Deal with your Problems.
1. Acknowledge Your Mistakes
I don't think I need to explain how Important this Step is, As I have always mentioned in almost several of my Blogs that Acknowledging is the First Step towards Redemption. If you don't Acknowledge that you have made a Mistake than there will be Nothing to Amend.
2. Apologize and Take Responsibility
If you have caused someone else Trouble from your Mistake than you should Properly Apologize and take Full Responsibility for it. Believe it or not a Heartfelt Apology is many times all that the Other Party Wants. Getting into a Heated Argument never helps anyone so it's better to sort things out by talking.
3. Stick to Your Word
If you have Promised something to the Opposite party than make sure You keep Your Promise. This really helps in Character Building as once you do such a thing you will not try to repeat it again.

Nowadays for some Reason, People think saying Sorry is like accepting you are Weak. Which in my mind is Completely BS.
