Who writes these post?

Currently most of them will be written by me. Currently I have a person who co-write one post a month and another young one that writes Chinese articles.
Reena.K (me) still do the posting, editorial and quality control.

The @asianetwork Team? Trial team ended.

Recruitment wasn't easy. Even when I'm recruiting people to be a part of @asianetwork, everything has been on a super low-profile, low key, low production with me doing 98% of the job. I work my a** off for @asianetwork. Especially from rep 48 to push through 50; and has put my heart and soul in every post published. I was even willing to teach the newbies to learn their way around Steemit.

Well, It is undeniable that "cash-on-the-spot" offers are more appealing to the people I know rather than a commission base project. And what I don't understand is why young people(students) are not willing to put an effort to post photos with a couple of sentences? If it is so easy to post on Instagram, why not on Steemit that actually pays?
But then again, if they are able to earn 80USD in an hour(teaching English), why would they want to write something that would give them only few USD?

Nothing stops @asianetwork from growing

There is no way I am putting a stop to the growth of @asianetwork. Perhaps my dream team will come one day but at the meantime, I shall continue tapping on the keyboard.

Welcome back again and hope to see you post more soon :)

thank you! I appreciate your comment!

Its so very hard to get a community group up and active, you look like you are doing a great job. I have a similar one called @asapers that we have some curators but the writing is still left 100% up to me. Very hard to stay consistent woth a job a volunteer position, a health advocate, blogger and steemit author lol. How do you keep everything going consistently?

I'm no better than you to be honest, i still do all the editing and markdowns arrangement and i gotta admit, even arrangement takes time.
But the occasional co-writers that I have are not steemians. They have other commitments and don't own a steemit account.
They will come to me and say, " can I hand in an article?" and I would say yes. I wanted a team, but now I don't have one.

@asianetwork is the only steemit account I manage so it's a lot easier than handling multiple accounts. I get to focus on building it.

arrangements do take more time than you think they should. anyways I am off to dinner, keep up the great work and you will grow huge! :)

It definitely helped me to channel my thoughts on some sort of schedule. I don't always stick to it (last week was a really difficult time for me, so I just did more creative writing since it relaxes me), but in general it helps to not have to think of a topic AND write a post. I use google keep to take notes on ideas according to topic so I can keep things in mid throughout the week!

Welcome back! I am new to Steenitbloggers and I think this is the first time I'm popping by to visit one of your posts! Hope it's the first of many visits! Thanks for including a schedule of what we can expect from @asiannetwork :)

thanks a lot for reading my post too! I really appreciate it and I'm still working on achieving a level like you now... I have a long way to hit rep 63. but I won't give up for sure. and welcome to #steemitbloggers, it's a wonderful community 😀

I really admire you to have a schedule like that. I often don’t have a clue what I will be posting on 5 minutes before I start writing :0)
Maybe I should work on that...

Well, I was actually inspired by @byn when she created a schedule similar to this. So I felt I needed to sort my posts too so they are well organized.

Seem you already clear on what are you going to write. That's a great schedule. Keep it up!

appreciate your comment, i still have a lot to work on . 😀

Niceeee looking at the schedule gets me so excited. Can't wait to see all the contents coming out from @asianetwork though I still don't know when it will be you. :D Hahahhah

are you teasing me @zord189 ? it is me! lol... and it will always be me! Wait till I get back to msia and you will need to treat me some Malaysian food =P

!!!! Hahahah wat does THAT have to do with teasing you? Hehe, when are u coming back to Malaysia btw? Would still love to meet up

not anytime soon =(
I gotta work during the summer.
Maybe after I graduate next year on January.

that's toooo loooongggg :(

ya...it is going to take awhile. In the mean time, you guys will only know me online. 😅

Hey there, it's a hard task to juggle real life with steemit. I hear you on that one! You seem really dedicated though and that will get you through. Keep it up!

thanks a lot! every post will be delivered at my best =)

It's great that you have a schedule in place. I've tried to make up a flexible schedule for this month. Just need to stay motivated and focused and stick to it. Well done to you for your hard work!

I figure a schedule is needed so it would be more organized and easier for me to plan my posts too =)

You are working or studying??

Keep up the good work... I also just hit rep 50 and man it wasn't easy.. but like you, I don't buy votes or use bots to increase our reps.

Student on internship. I finished all my credits in a year to do so. =)

Oh wow.. as of now, after you are done with your internship, you plan to stay in China or come back to Malaysia??

Still unsure. I will definitely return from time-to-time. But because I'm not sure about the latest economic situation in M'sia at the moment, I am still deciding.

Problem is that Malaysia is a better place to live in but opportunity in China is a lot better...
