Ingredients:
300 gr spaghetti
2 tomatoes
100 gr tofu
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
soy sauce, lemon juice to taste
Method of preparation:
Boil the spaghetti until tender and drain.
Use a blender to mix tofu, sesame seeds and tomatoes until smooth.
Put ready-made spaghetti in a frying pan, add sauce, lemon juice and soy sauce. Fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, you can sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
