It goes both ways..
Is it "unfair" when one of your post gets a single $90 upvote from a whale?
I'm not saying there are no rooms for improvement to the way Steem works. But the right to upvote/downvote posts is something that cant be taken away.
OP wants to drive a point that people whine when they get downvoted and take it personally, when in fact there is nothing personal about it (much like most upvotes that goes on around here). And said person did not take into account that
- He is making FAR more for the work he does than a large majority of other content creators as a whole.
- The downvote is just someone exercising his right in thinking the reward pool should be reserved for others who potentially make better content.
- He did not "lose" any money. Pending payout isn't guaranteed money.
