ASO ROCK WORKERS : "Your Excellency Sir, there's need to budget funds specially for media houses as was the tradition since 1999"

BUHARI : "Why"?

ASO ROCK WORKERS : "So that media houses will broadcast the good deeds of your Government"

BUHARI : "Did we pay them before they broadcast bad News about my Government?

ASO ROCK WORKERS : "No"!

BUHARI : "OK, Let them broadcast whatsover that pleases their conscience"
