Data Requests for Steem Valuation Analysis: Help Gets Upvoted

https://steemd.com/ is a great place for a lot of what you're looking for. Along the right hand side of the main page, you will find some of the total values regarding the money supply.

current_supply
103,095,719.341 STEEM

current_sbd_supply
510,049.408 SBD

total_vesting_fund_steem
100,954,503.525 STEEM

You can determine how much STEEM is powered up with a simple formula:

1 - ( total_vesting_fund_steem / current_supply )

That will show you that currently 97.923% of STEEM is in the powered up state.

The other figures are harder to pin down... I'd recommend you give Black Box wines a try, they're actually pretty damn good and a wonderful value.

I'm going to have to make more money on Steem before I can upgrade to classy juice like Black Box has. Question while I have your attention, if a 1 million Steem Power account powers down, 3 weeks later, how much would be considered SP and how much Steem from Steemd's pov?

I would expect roughly 30k to have moved over from the total_vesting_fund_steem figure into the current_supply total.

If you look at the above figures as a snapshot, the supply of liquid STEEM was 2,141,216.341 (current_supply - total_vesting_fund_steem). 30k would be an increase of around 1.4%.

I am definitely going to be pinging you with a few technical questions in the next week or so. You've got a great handle on the mechanics of the Steem model.
