It's probably a little early to call "confidence returning". I originally predicted 48 hours. @sflaherty is more experienced in this space longer and warned me it could take much longer on a large correction like this.
Either way, will STEEM lead the charge when market confidence is restored? I can certainly believe it.

lol that is the truth! I just had my first really successful post yesterday and I'm in the midst of composing another ones with pictures from a shoot I did over the weekend. The only negative reviews I've seen were people having a three week wait to join Steemit.

Bahaha, awesome! I'll be sure to check out the pics. I love artistic stuff. I really want to be able to group the people I'm following. I want to catogarise you in the "art" tab of the people I'm following. That way when I' in the mood for some music and original art I can just pull up that feed.
Do you know if that is possible? If not how do we suggest it to the site's developers? I think it would be a really powerful addition to the platform's goal of providing relevant content.

@nspart actually just did a post where he was talking about features he'd like to see.
My best trick so far has been to just stay engaged with people. For instance, if I'm in the mood for amazing food I know @gringalicious has something recent that I'll want to check out.

Good morning mate (Aussie time), yeah I'm just waiting for the tide to turn so I can go for a surf. Just thought I'd check in with everyone while I'm waiting (high in about 30 minutes). I stacked in last night, so now I have to wait it out. Ooops. lol.
Last time this happened I went surfing for 2 days, watched the niece play tennis on the Sunday and came back better off pretty much every time I checked my computer. I pulled the trigger a little early on buying into this sell. But I'm still confident it was good long term investing. Peace frother.
