The Bear cubs want to live full time and it’s difficult.. so because I love them so much I have decided to uproot my beautiful bear cave lair and put in a bathroom and an extra room.
It’s hard looking at it now. I was at peace..
Plus I contracted a guy who is border-line genius.. but he is also schizophrenic. He claims to talk with Gd and yadah yadah. I don’t think he is dangerous, he just needs some meds to cool down his unprofessional screaming.
The neighbhor ended up calling the cops on the guy because he was working outside and ranting and raving. Luckily the cops didn’t arrest him, but I was worried they were going to set him off on a rage. Not professional, but what can I do? The basement is a mess!
I hope this work goes by quickly. Perhaps another week or so. Cleanup should be interesting considering all the digging for the bathroom piping.
sigh until then.. Hope to take more pics with a more finished product.

yah.. that's what the cops were telling me. I already gave the guy a huge deposit and his work is good. It's going to be a little tense for the next week or so.
