Hello friends!
My tour of Brazil with my folk duo Radnor & Lee has perfectly coincided with my new Steemit obsession, so I put out the word last week that I would be happy to give free tickets to any of our Brazilian shows to any Steemians in the cities we visited.
Tonight I had the pleasure of having @vempromundo @croniquista @willian-std and Bruno as guests to our show at Hermes Bar and then met up for drinks at our hotel.
It was amazing to sit with these real life human beings, who I would never have met if not for Steemit, and chat social media, cryptocurrency, art and passion. I was very impressed by their desire to grow as a community and help each other as the platform is not very widespread in Brazil yet.
But the highlight of the evening must have been learning the Brazilian funk dance called the Sarradaõ dance. I couldn't tell whether they were laughing with me or at me, but it was great to have a laugh and marvel at the cultural barriers being crossed every day on this amazing platform.

Man, i have no words to say, how happy i'm with all this.
The way you care about people it's so long way better than many artist.
Yesterday will be marked in my life, cause the power of interaction and good willing shows people can know another people with differents ways.
Even with our poor english we could talk and have fun, and this made me so happy in a way i can't describe.
About the dance, we were laughing with you.
