I mean, as long as you want to post, flag, or comment or whatever... your Steem Power still dictates whether your actions have weight, eh?
So hypothetically, let's say you keep this account for flagging or upvoting. The only counter to that is other people's Steem Power, right? So it wouldn't seem to adversely effect that activity.
