Actually this platform is not implemented well. Steemit mainly concentrates on reputed users posts, whether they are holy or shit, people upvoted ignoring the actual good content from poor freshers here on Steemit.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
