                Another good tutorial on Steemit. The block chain is remarkable in that it can't be altered without a lot of people agreeing to do so. Once something is out there, it's out there and yes it's public domain. Steemit exists so people have a place to play nice with one another. It's good to be polite. Keep up the polite and good work Troy.
