Bro it means if someone send u 0.6 sbd, he will get upvote of $0.60. After 25% curation, he will get $0.45 half of which will be added to his account balance,i.e. $0.225, he will lose $0.075...

Don't mind bro but it is a suggestion that kindly provide an upvote sercice which returns 235%, so thqt the ysers will get what they have invested..
