I have to say, my Steemit experience just doubled with the addition of feeds. I finally feel like I have a really great starting point each time I decide to check in. I know that I want to see the latest articles from people I follow like @lukestokes, @xeroc, @stellabelle, @crypoctopus, @danetheman, @katecloud and @heiditravels just to name a few.
Now, I can curate the people who I know generate the kind of content I like by taking advantage of my follows. This also allows me to quickly find others who share my affinity for these authors and quickly expand my network of individuals as well.

From what I can tell, that's correct. There may eventually be some other interesting features like showing content from people who are similar to those whom you follow.
