What is going on with your geometry at 6:45?
The quarter circumference cannot be = 1 seeing as you define the lengths on either side as 1. A straight line from corner to corner would be sqrt(2) (>1) and this line is clearly longer as is takes a less direct path (>sqrt(2) and also >1) therefore it cannot be = 1.
A little too esoteric, and I fear the DMT gods or whoever you got this from are having a little chuckle as your expense at the moment.
That being said the animation is really impressive for a solo project and I would like to be able to create similar stuff myself to post here.
Haha! It will all make sense when you see part two, but I'm excited for your interest. Yes, the linear radial length is 1, and yes, the quarter circle circuitous measurement is 1 as well. I will clearly identify why I've taken this approach in part two.. which you have only motivated me more to produce! stay tuned.
