If you are reading this article wondering what the heck a squidoo lens is let me tell you a wonderful story about a website that used to be called Squidoo. This company according to Wiki Squidoo came out in 2005. Or at least development was started then. I'm pretty sure that around 2005 I was creating blog posts on Squidoo. It could have been 2006. Squidoo was one of the first websites that allowed users to generate the content or the posts that the website displayed and get paid for it.

Is Steemit Just A Squidoo Lens Knockoff?

Let's examine the similarities of steemit and squidoo lens.

• At one point in time they had millions of pages built by lensmasters as Squidoo called them. Squidoo had it's own difficult learning curve just like Steemit. At the time there were rheems of white papers trying to teach people how to post and use the system...Sound Familiar? Steemit is so hard to figure out that even after 2 years they only have about 300,000 members world wide... Squidoo before it's collapse had millions of users. But even from the start a lot of people picked them to lose. Of course the guy writing this ancient article predicting squidoos failure also praised myspace(LMAO)

• Squidoo instead of creating a currency out of thin air took real world dollars from advertisers and distributed those dollars to creators of content. This is one reason they struggled I think to gain popularity. They were not spending enough on advertising as their early funds were given away in hopes people would brag and the masses would just show up...Hmmm anything sound familiar here...

Steemit had a sliding scale and paid a lot more to early adopters. Many of which have made videos and bragged about how much they have made. The good thing about Steemit is that they will just print more money. Round two I hope they spend the steem crypto on real marketing not just wish and hope that the word spreads. We should be at 1 Million users by now. You can buy 1 million users for cheap in some third world countries. Many video game companies have been doing this for years. Why not give it a whirl in social media.

• Squidoo really allowed people to run a blog very similar to steemit with tags that could be added and they used basic html attributes versus markdown. The front page or feed is almost identical I wish I could find some old screeen shots for this...Oh Wait I know a place to get those...heheheeh.. The categories and new, hot, trending tabs are all there too....Look Below No Kidding...Here is the early days first...Notice Any Illuminati Connections? I Do...A Ton Of Them...See any familiar names in the dev list?

_ The Squidoo Actually Kinda Looks Better In A Few Ways. Squidoo had a real search algorithm built in. Steemit uses a cheap free google search script...Maybe steemit is just really one guy in his basement. Who knows but if I manage a development team one of my guys would need to know python and write some search code algorithms stat! Steemit just kinda looks like a forum site cleaned up a little though it is modern. So from a navigation stand point squidoo had an easier way to find content and like it and share it. The categories were so easy to navigate.

• One of the things that made squidoo so great in the early days was that a squidoo lens dominated google. Similair to the way wiki, qoura do now. They had relevant content about things and it was new and fresh and google ate it up. If there were 10 Squidoo blog pages about the same topic it wasn't unusual for the top 10 pages on google, yahoo, bing etc to be squidoo pages. No kidding...So you know this has signs of the Illuminati all over it too. If I type steemit in to google I generally just see this...Look Below At Picture...True Story....See It? Vacuum Cleaners Out The A$$.

Is Steemit Just A Squidoo Lens KnockOff? Is The Illuminati Involved Somehow?

We cannot confirm that steemit is just a re-design of squidoo. Steemit has a block chain and is supposed to be decentralized. Squidoo had flags where you could take someones pay if enough people flagged your lens as spam or anything else. I'm glad steemit is decentralized and doesn't do this! Considering all of the evidence I can confirm that the Illuminati is part of this....Look closely at this steemit logo....Do You See It? It kinda glows and moves...Normal Images Shouldn't Do That!
