SteemRich.com keeps track of the fastest accounts on Steemit that reach the 1,000 follower milestone.
The list seems to be picking up a lot of bots/people who follow like 20,000 accounts really quick usually get 1,000 followers back.
However, this account called Whale Re-steem Service will simply re-steem your post (manually it appears) if you sent a small amount of SBD to the account account.
The account was registered 25 days ago.
