This account which probably related to @a-a-a which is also in the top 10 is most likely a bot. They are following 18,133 people.
My goal for SteemRich.com's Rising Star list is to help people learn what works on Steem by showcasing accounts that are preforming the best but it seems like the list as it stands now is mostly bots.
I wonder if I can modify the query to factor in reputation or perhaps some other metric which can exclude the bot accounts.

I almost feel like that would be the first username on an indexer so a lot of bots that try and scalp a userbase would find that one and follow it first. Strategic in a sense to claim that namespace.
