100% agree. If the content is what matters, then the voters should at least have to visit the page in order to vote. If it is needed for the blockchain meta, then just disable/remove the button, but leave the meta data.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
