I think so . Took time for me to go from myspace to Facebook and took time for me to get here signed up back in May and just started using.

As you have noticed on Steemit logo its says 'Beta' , so its constantly improving, i have seen many witnesses and developers consistently contributing Steemit in terms of interface also.
