These are the top reasons why you are not making much money on Steemit:

#1 – You Just Got Started:
If you joined a couple of days ago, or even weeks, it is likely that you won’t be making much money on your posts and comments. You need to give yourself time to grow.

#2 - You are not Posting Enough
If you are only posting once or twice a day you wont be making much because you wont have much content out there. There are thousands of people posting every minute in every category. If your post isn’t seen right away it becomes old and dies off. Try to post more regularly.

#3 – You don’t have any Followers
The more followers you have the more exposure you will get. Try commenting on other people’s post and build relationships with people who will want to follow you, upvote your content and comment on it.

#4 – Your Content is Low Quality
Low quality content is not going to get upvotes and will always be worth little money, its that simple, spend more time on your content and only post things that you truly love so you know others will love them too.
