Steemit is a dynamic social media platform that will, in my opinion, change the way we view content creation. As such, Steem users are encouraged to discuss a wide variety of topics that suit their preference or expertise.

But at the end of the day, Steemit is binary in that there are two primary ways to communicate your message -- through writing or through video/audio media. Many Steem users, such as myself, prefer the video format because it's organic. We turn on the camera, and we just go! Whatever happens, happens, and occasionally, we capture a bit of content magic.

On the other side of the equation is writing. Writing is particularly powerful because, whatever social media platform you choose, you have to be an adept wordsmith to capture people's attention. Unfortunately, good writing takes time, planning, and effort. Some Steemit users just don't want to take the time to achieve strong writing proficiency.

While I understand the daily constraints that we are all under, good writing is essential to long-lasting Steemit success. Content popularity and trends can and will change; however, good writing will NEVER go out of style. That's a key reason why being a strong, articulate writer matters!

In this video, I go over the tangible benefits to effective writing. No matter how smart you are, no matter how much of an expert you may be in a particular field, unless you can communicate that knowledge to any audience, your talents and education won't mean much on Steemit.

Investing in good writing means that you're investing in a bountiful opportunity on the Steem network!

I agree, it definitely takes time to write well and capture an audience

i 100% agree, good information!

I agree! Nothing can replace good writing! :)

Interesting post, would've been nice to get some pointers as to how to become a better writer as well.

Practice, practice, practice! Other than that, I think people would be crazy to give up their "secret sauce" methods...especially for 60 cents! :)

I agree as well! :D
