Dearest Steemians,
Sadhguru explains beautifully how human beings should approach eating. Eating isn't about labeling a diet or over analyzing nutrition. Dr. Robert Morse, John Rose, and other's have opened my eyes to this as well, but I want to share Sadhguru's take here.
What to eat, and what not to eat? WHAT KIND OF FOOD IS THE HUMAN SYSTEM DESIGNED FOR? Human beings crave simplicity. Our SPECIES SPECIFIC diet is food that our body can process and eliminate the easiest - the proper chemistry (alkaline ash), the least interference/resistance, the least effort to break it down, and the least energy to get it eliminated from the body...the fastest. Raw fruits, berries, melons, veggie fruits, and leafy greens, can be broken down and eliminated from the body far simpler than any complex carb, starch, or animal protein. Cooked starches, meats, and fats, DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT BOWEL TRANSIT TIME! So what does this mean? 99% of humans have ~20lbs of waste in our GI tracts, and we have kidneys that are not filtering cellular metabolic waste.
We now have choice and the knowledge to make the best choice. Stop being overly intellectual, narcissistic, and selfish with food, your ego, and your taste buds. Stop asking doctors and nutritionists about what to eat. They don't know. ONLY YOU KNOW. Eat fruit and watch the organs of elimination begin working how they should. Watch the bowels begin to eliminate poop properly and watch your kidneys begin filtering lymph stagnation/cellular sewage.
Dr. Morse talks about it in all his video, but here's a video with it at 1:22.33 in the video...trippy numbers 0_o
I love you all, and we will talk more about this another time. Rather than be ego vegetarians, or vegans, just understand what human beings...are. So much love,
Captain Pearson

Thanks for sharing these videos. Sadhguru's video was amazing. What he explains about digestion is similar to something I have been thinking about. Recently, I have been doing an experiment where I eat a food and then wait to see how I feel. If I have any negative reactions after eating the food then I stop eating it. If I have positive reactions after eating the food then I continue eating this food. What I have found is exactly what he said. Eating vegetables always produced positive reactions for me and the same with fish. Most other foods had negative reactions. Thanks, this was well timed.
