Thanks for posing this valuable information. I've been confused about the steem power and voting weight. How does a person know how to vote at 15 minutes or so after the post has been posted from good content? Is their an auto system that determines this time? I would like to know. Thanks.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    There is no system to determine the exact timing of a vote. It is a kind of prediction. It ıs hard to automatize that process.
