)I just found a way to gain upvotes while upvoting the post of others. I tried it, and it was great! I know some of you already aware of this and had tried it. And this method is very recommended for a newbie like me.
Ever since I joined here in steemit I'm having a hard time getting upvotes to my post. Since I'm new to the community I don't have many followers and I don't even have a reputation yet. It's very difficult for my post to be noticed by the crowd and it was upsetting during those times.
What I do is I study how it works. How to be noticed. How to gain reputation and followers. And to have the precious upvotes that I ever wanted. I just read and read and read. Searching for information, knowledge, and strategies within the community. I kept on learning and I enjoyed it.So much fun!
Till then my upvotes dramatically increasing from point something to a whole number you know what I mean.
The secret is not to give up. Don't lose hope. Try and try and keep on learning. Lastly, you have to create quality content. Create your own ideas and share it with the community. Always give value to the community and you'll see that gradually you're improving and your upvotes will increase as you go along.
Well, I'm just excited to share my experience. Sorry, it came this long.
So let's begin the method or way to have upvotes that I'm talkin' about.

It is simple. Upvote other steemians, and get Upvoted. That's it.
You now gain upvotes when you upvote their post and vice versa.
They also have follow exchange. When you follow them then you will gain followers too.
And I tell you that when I started joining here my post always received upvotes and it is increasing my earnings.
For you to start just visit steemfollower.com and the page looks like in the above image.
Then click the LOG IN option on the site.
Now type your username without @ at the beginning and your posting key or password to signup. Click log in
After clicking login you will now have this image; Just uncheck the comment and hit continue
You'll be directed to the dashboard of steemfollowers. That's it! The next thing is for you to explore. Very basic interface easy to follow. You can now exchange upvotes to other steemians.

Thanks bro. I'm sorry I did not even know that referral links are considered that way. I'm just a minnow here anyway and still have so much to learn. I already remove the referral link as you advise. I do agree in organic growth it's just I really don't know about referral links. I will be more careful next time. Thanks. Your advise is highly appeciated.
