Hi Steemit and Busy!
My voting power has fallen in the last weeks as i have been trying to vote for too many people and it hasn't been balanced. I try to give up-votes for as many people as possible, especially within the @thaiteam and general Thai community, and will continue to try to do so. This time I am going to reconsider how I allocate my daily voting power so that I can rewards others yet still be more sustainable.
I found a nice article on Steemit (quoted below) explaining how recharging your voting power actually works. Your voting power recharges by 20% every day and each vote at full power costs 2%. Now that I understand more about how the system works I guess I will probably have to follow the advice of the of the article and either, vote less often or with lower percent until it recharges to higher levels.
Voting Power Recharge Information
Recharging VP
To recharge VP all you need to do is to vote less often. If you really burned your VP and you are at 20%, you will need to wait 4 full days to get to 100% again. So be careful how you spend your votes because Voting Power recharges at a fixed rate of 20% daily.
Taking that in consideration we can easily calculate how much votes you can spend per day to always be at 100%
Example
Each full vote burns 2% VP; 20% recharges daily so if you started with 100%:
And gave 10 full votes you will end up with 80% VP and after 24 hours you will be at 100% VP again. Follow this rule of thumb and you will always be at 100% VP.
So how to manage voting?
Check how much VP you have using one of the tools mentioned above
Get to 100% VP by waiting a day or two; depending on how much VP you started with
Never give more than 10 full votes per day
And viola! You will always be at 100% VP :)

One great feature of Busy.org I really appreciate is that your voting power % is displayed clearly on your profile page, making it easier to check without using multiple websites.
I will be back voting for as many of you as possible as soon as I can! Hold on!
Check out my introduction post.
Read about it in my comparison post.

Very informative article!
I guess you should not vote 100% but reduce it by 30% at least. Or vote randomly with different weights!
Cheers.
