Yes, I have noticed the same thing and you beat me to writing about it! all of them are of very low reputation and just about no followers, I was wondering how they would pull it off?

Well i mean the ones I saw did have rather large followers but there's no way they are real followers like you and I get. They have to be dummy accounts or bot created.
