How to set up a healthy community developing chain? 一个良性社区发展生态链是如何开始构建的 下

As more newcomers from the Chinese community join in, there are more and more creative articles. I feel increasingly tired of reading all articles daily. In fact, I have not been able to read all “monthly review” articles, moreover, there are other better content. I also want to see them, but it is overwhelmed. In this way, I will read more articles when I have time. Even I can see title of these articles, upvote, leave reviews, I believe it can encourage authors, especially for newcomers and those who are eager to get encouraged. It is also a great psychological support for them.

Another big reason is that when I browse foreign community, especially in English-speaking, I find it is generally more profitable than ours. I do not want to analyze the reasons. But I wonder if I can promote excellent Chinese articles to foreign community through one platform, it will be a good thing, right? If we can promote our Chinese culture and great ideas to foreign community, is it better? If we can introduce the excellent content from foreign community to our Chinese community, is it best?

So I thought of setting up a translation team, achieving our first step through our translation team. The idea of a global translation program came into my mind, then we set up account @cn-reader, run it officially for a while.

We can try to imagine, when our translators or authors post good articles on @cn-reader, we can achieve some earnings through the likes from Chinese and foreigner. We can use them for community creation, such as remuneration for translators, rewards of judges group, and other activities. But steem needs to be used to promote @cn-reader SP. In short, we support all ideas and practices that can make the community more diverse. We are not only mentally supported, but also materially.

“Monthly Review” comes from the community, needs support from everyone, @cn-reader is inseparable from everyone's support too. It is coming from its people, should absolutely benefit the people. It is the purpose of @cn-reader. In addition of above work, we will reward those people we think we should support in the future, including translators, operators, authors and others who work hard on @cn-reader and development and growth of community.
The road is tortuous, but the future is bright.
