Recently a book has been released about steemit. https://steemit.com/steemit/@donkeypong/announcement-steemit-101-e-book-released-for-free-part-1. There are also many articles explaining how it all works, just use search feature(right menu). Maybe you can also find articles in your language(Indonesian?), you can also search by tags, maybe your nationals are here and wrote some articles for people like you?
