Great information! Steemit is definitely unique compared to other social media platforms! I think there are some changes that could be made to make it better though.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
