I'm starting to wonder if it would be fair to limit videos from being posted without a description. Hopefully with a block that the title and description can't be the same.

Just write something like "I made this video to help people understand how to..." A couple of sentences would be enough. You post a lot of videos, so people need to know this one may have more of the kind of value that Steemit voters seem to like. It will get more upvotes if you introduce it with a few lines.
