Response from Poloniex - [June 23, 2017]

First of all, I have to credit @jeff-kubitz for nudging me into sending another ticket to @poloniex with respect to the current deposit issues. I sent 493 SBD to poloniex on Monday and they don't show up in the account; and it's Friday.

I opened up a support ticket on Monday, a few hours after I sent them the SBD and noticed it wasn't in my polo account. I haven't received a reply ever since and I know that many of you are facing similar issues; reading @jeff-kubitz's recent post I decided to submit another ticket; (is this good or bad? I don't know).

Along the normal automated reply for opening new tickets, I received an additional (probably also automated) email, which is the one you see in the screenshot above.

To be honest, it makes me feel a little okay, even thought it's probably automated; but still, it doesn't completely remove my concerns. I was wondering if other steemians have recently submitted tickets and if they received similar replies. I'll post updates if I get a more human reply to my ticket.

Let's hope we get to resolution soon...

Polo was/is great in terms of UI but there were multiple signs their tech wasn't scalable a while ago. I moved 99% of the stuff I had there to @bittrex a month ago and have had no issues with them. Sorry to hear they're giving you trouble and yea CS is terrible with delays etc.
Hope you'll get the funds out asap.

You can't withdraw steem from proloniex either. I am holding some steem there and wanted to withdraw them today, but it says that the wallet is temporarily disabled. I think you don't need to worry, but I hope they fix it soon.

Bittrex has been mush better for me

But don't make a mistake that needs support its awful!

It will probably get fixed soon. It's not the first time this happens don't worry.

It seems it would be easy to just reverse the transaction since they can't service you right now.

I am hoping they fix this issue with the wallet being disabled soon. Its annoying.

what do you mean by 'reverse the transaction'?

Since you sent it, I thought they could just reverse it so you can use it on another exchange. Is that not how it works? Still a noob at this.

that would be great, if possible. but it doesn't work like that :)

Thanks for the info. I transferred REP from poloniex to my ether wallet. My withdrawal transaction says complete with txn hash but i don't see anything on etherscan. I raised the ticket with polo regarding this issue but no response yet and it's been two days already. I'm starting to get worried about this.
