What you showed and linked is a claim_rewards operation, including several rewards (in this case an author reward and a curation reward):
You can see that the actual author reward share is almost identical (0.197 vs. 0.198) - the differences are just rounding artifacts.

Does an automatic conversion of SBD to Steem occur in the calculation of author rewards in cases where liquid Steem replaces some or all of the liquid SBD?
