    Thanks for posting these videos, I always enjoy TED Talks! I own a little ETC, ETH and I worry smart contracts may not be smart enough to avoid future incidents like The DAO. I was against the HF too. On the other hand, the big banks have started using Ripple for cross-boarder payments to each other.

      You mentioned in the beginning that you're wary of poloniex now. Is that due to the white hat debacle you talked about at the end? Do you think maybe the Feds are going to go in and lock poloniex down?

      The reason I'm personally wary (and many others in the cryptocurrency/ethereum community) is that they decided to add Ethereum Classic trades one night, in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep, They did this without any prior announcement, and no one had any chance to prepare for it, so Ethereum holders suddenly lost a bunch of money in a price drop. It was a sudden and selfish move that might have involved some insider trading to make them come out ahead.

      They basically did some shady shizz.

        @cryptO I hope everything works out for ETC. I was and still am against the Ethereum hardfork and like how ETC stuck to the law of the code. I dig my shift card and have bought everything from christmas presents to beer at the bar. I have been using it for quite some time. I'm a Laker fan so I got the purple one.
