This is a great start @glazee. Just getting the first post out of the way is a major accomplishment. I had about 1000 things I wanted to write about the first post I did, I was paralyzed by over-thinking, and wrote a post that literally two other people voted for over the seven days. It would wise to think about what your interests are, a few are quite beneficial here on steemit. Photography is the most submitted type of work on steemit, so if you are even a recreational photographer posting about that with a nice explanation can help you get noticed in massive amounts of communities on here that do that. Also there are several writing communities, these are really neat because they require no particular amount of skill and very little time. A lot of people post about cooking, animals, just about anything that is of interest to you that you would like to share. I can help you, being a friend of @loudetteiam is very beneficial, she can help you a great deal as well, along with the community to get you going full speed.
