Thanks for the report, resteemed, upvoted & following you! I wonder how to get such data from the blockchain? Who is able to do it? Is any special authorisation required? I guess it's provided for developers only...

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    Actually anyone with the required skills is able to query the blockchain. There is plenty of ways to do it (piston, steemsql, steemdata or hosting your own node).
