Hello amfy
As for a new blogger on steemit you have to carry on the work for atleast for 2 months to get in to eyes of steemit
It's up to the hard work how dedicated you are.
People on steemit earning 1000$ per post and even more .
So the more you hardwork on steemit the more you earn , but even you give 2 -3 hours daily you can easily earn 200$ per month but it all depends on hardwork
