15 minute is just too late. Let me look tonight as certain users you have to go in early. Some accounts we support are actually useless for curation even though they could be making $20 a post.I would go to 12 minutes to start with and you should at least double on curation instantly.

You should be able to get between 3.5 and 4 SP per 1000 SP you are holding. If you are getting 1 SP or so lets get you to double and then you can look at each one individually after that.
