Day off or not?
The only reason we need to take a day off is if our body needs recovery time. I believe we should always be active even on the days off.
Every well-conditioned human achieves that goal from staying active. Rest is important but how much do we REALLY need?. Rest doesn't mean we sit on our ass for 16 hours on the computer then go to bed. Active rest is the best way to stay in tune and in focus with keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This doesn't mean we need to grind until the blood pops from our eyeballs. What I mean is we can still get our heart rate up for small amounts of time during the day to still aid in keeping fit and active.
September 15th - Nothing crazy but still active
Today I planned on going for a walk around the park and maybe engaging in monkey style exercises by climbing tree's or just plain walking around for an hour to take in the fresh L.A oxygen, lol
I ended up taking a different route that included a 5 minute all or nothing workout and the 8-minute ab workout to follow.
Total time was only 13 minutes, but I can tell you it took me 30 minutes before I stopped sweating. It wasn't enough to fatigue me, and I still got a great workout in.
You should really try this workout it is a killer!!
Sorry for the camera re focusing it was very naughty today
