The commission configuration would be: Jay Clayton (anti), Robert Jackson, Jr. (pro), Hester Peirce (pro) and Elad Roisman (pro). The fifth, Mrs. Kara Stein (anti).
According to Bloomberg, his successor could be Mrs. Allison Herren Lee, his former aide.
